Standard KYC documentation includes a clear copy of your valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and where applicable, confirmation of your payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
If 22atm identifies that a player holds more than one account, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, consolidate or forfeit any bonus funds, and in cases of deliberate circumvention of limits or promotions, forfeit the entire balance across all identified accounts.
All 22atm accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or debit card are credited to your PKR balance directly with no currency conversion applied.

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods registered to the same individual as the 22atm account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances and will be declined.
All withdrawal-eligible accounts must complete Know Your Customer verification. KYC requires submission of: (a) a clear front and back scan of your valid CNIC; (b) a selfie photograph holding your CNIC; and (c) where applicable, confirmation that the payment account receiving the withdrawal is registered in your name. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond 22atm's control.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or obvious pricing error, 22atm reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. 22atm is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
For PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and other cricket markets, settlements are based on official match results as published by the relevant cricket governing body. Rain-affected matches, abandonments, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern revised results are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play bets are settled on events that occur after the bet is accepted, as confirmed by 22atm's data feed providers.
22atm applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant product section. Any winnings that exceed the published maximum will be capped at the applicable limit regardless of the mathematical outcome of the wager.
